gault & millau

A report on the factory by the teams from Gault & Milau magazine.

The company has made bespoke pieces for prestigious restaurants, such as a service for Arnaud Donckele at the Tout-Paris du Cheval Blanc Paris (2 toques C&M). Their pieces don't just serve, they tell a story, an emotion, enriching each dish with a unique artistic dimension and a shared experience’.
