Lemon cream
Ingredients :3 lemon
40 cl light cream
60 g sugar
1 lime
- Wash the 3 lemons and cut them in half lengthways.
- Remove the flesh with a spoon and place in a bowl. Keep the skin of the lemons.
- Squeeze the flesh and then pass through a sieve to collect the juice.
- In a saucepan over a low heat, add the light cream and sugar and stir.
- Finally, add the lemon juice and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into the lemons, then add the lime zest.
- Chill for at least 2 hours to obtain a creamy texture.
